Hey! Well I'm finally doing it. Writing to complete strangers, friends, relatives, and even the odd pervert looking for Danielle Shoot (Different film industry) on the internet about things of my choosing. Its my first time getting a chance to update the site in a while so this would be as good a time as any to write my first blog post. Most people talk about boring things from that week or day but I figured I would make mine somewhat educational while teaching a lesson that most people should already know.. Common sense is something that a lot of people would be embarrassed to say they do not have. But some people just weren't born with it. They have very little grace with their movements and safety is never on their minds. The ability to grasp simple concepts and ideas seems to blow their minds. Maybe its that they need instructions or maybe they just like partying too much. Either way here is one thing I see on a daily basis that really gets to me. When your in a crowded store or place. Before you start walking after being stopped for a minute. Just look around you... This helps to avoid you bumping into other people or objects... Most would say this is common sense but lately it seems this happens too often. Just the other day in a major big box store I watched a woman walk into a full pyramid display of on sale Mac and Cheese boxes. Then she walked away without putting them back up on the display box.. Haha I felt bad for her but if she had looked where she was going then the employees in the back with the video tape wouldn't have had such a great time. Also she wouldn't have looked so dumb.. This is going to be a two part lesson here people as well. If for some reason you bump into someone or something, or someone bumps into you or you see them knock something over. Apologize to the person you hit first and foremost. Manners are considered common sense in Canada. American's reading this should also take notes.. Even if you got bumped into, be the bigger person and say I'm sorry. What does fighting solve unless your a pro MMA fighter. Which is a total other lesson for another day.. I'm just saying boxing is a gentleman's sport. When a guy is down you don't kick him to a pulp.. Back to the not looking where you walk. Haha After apologizing if something did get knocked over help pick it back up. I know its not your job but it was someone else's to put it there. It never hurts to help someone else who made a mess too. Usually the universe rewards good deeds with more good things so why not help out. We can all treat each other a bit better but it starts with common sense.
Today's lessons : 1) Look around you while walking..
2) Apologize to anyone or help fix anything you may have bumped into..
